In a statement on Sunday, Go said he wanted to focus on expanding health services and strengthening social protection for vulnerable groups.
He also intends to address the needs of workers and professionals across different sectors.
Among the measures that Go filed was Senate Bill 1290, or the proposed OFW Ward Act of 2025, which seeks to establish special facilities for overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) and their dependents.

He also filed SB 1293 or the proposed Magna Carta for Day Care Workers; SB 1285, the Magna Carta of the Drug Enforcement Officers and Other Personnel of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency; SB 1283 or the proposed Food, Grocery, and Pharmacy Delivery Services Protection Act; SB 1284 to strengthen the Philippine Crop Insurance Corp.; SB 1282, the Electrical Engineering Act of 2025 to enhance professional regulation in the sector; SB 1289 establishing the Mimaropa Regional Hospital in Oriental Mindoro; SB 1288 for the proposed expansion of the Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Medical Center in Bohol; SB 1286 or the proposed Standardization of Date Labels Act; SB 1287, or the proposed Salary Standardization Law VI, which directs the Department of Budget and Management to implement new salary adjustments for government officials and employees; SB 1292, the proposed Real Estate Salesperson Registration Speed Act to further boost the real estate economy; and SB 1291, the proposed Autism Cooperation, Accountability, Research, Education, and Support Act to promote the welfare of those belonging in this vulnerable sector of society.
